Added the following attributes to District property points: - ANC - Land Use (Comprehensive land use plan 2006) - Zoning - Historic District - Historic Landmark These values were assigned using relates on SSL and overlay in arcgis desktop.

OCTO GIS added the following data elements to the District property inventory: Zoning Land Use Assessed Value Historic District Historic Landmark Advisory Neighborhood Commission 2. ) Matched DC Property Inventory to the Latest OTR database Updated 501 records for USE_CODE Updated 286 records for LANDAREA Updated 2208 records for ASSESSED_VALUE to match OTR's 2010 proposed assessments 3.) 58 Records did not match the latest OTR owner point data On quick research, they look like historic DC records superseded by more recent transactions For example, Nationals Park and Public Housing 4.) Added name of registered historic landmark to properties that matched on SSL to the Office of Planning's designated historic landmark layer. This is a consolidated collection of structures with historical significance within the District of Columbia as listed in the "District of Columbia Inventory of Historic Sights, 2004".

OCTO GIS personell analyzed and combined several Portfolio managers lists with the existing DGS property master list to establish a comprehensive District property layer. Using vector property information and other property sources, OCTO GIS staff verified and cleansed these lists. Lots were removed that are no longer active since transactions (i.e. combinations, splits, superseding Air Rights & Tax Lots ) occurred and the new lots (replacements) supercede them. Staff identified new lots by ownership from OTR's property data to add to the master list Also, a few in the list were removed due to street dedications.
