This layer considers jobs and destinations to be accessible by bike if the destinations are reachable within 30 minutes. Access to jobs and destinations within a fixed time is measured using the actual networks and not a straight line distance. Destinations include grocery stores, hospitals, community services, education centers, and other significant community areas.
